Service Technician

Requirement

1. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
2. Issue daily tasks to workshop staff and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assist in overseeing the fiscal discipline of the department.
4. Ensure that all staff have a clear understanding of what is required in job profiles and related responsibilities.
5. Monitor and analyze workshop tools and equipment requirements.
6. Ensure that any tools and equipment used are always in good working order.
7. Ensure accurate completion of the Machine Repair Record.
8. Check that all workshop equipment has been serviced and repaired.
