HR Executive

_ Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and employee induction.
2. Maintaining accurate employee records, personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
3. Processing payroll administration tasks, including leave requests, attendance tracking and employee benefit administration.
4. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and workplace guidelines.
5. Handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures and general staff inquiries.
6. Organising training programmes, professional development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
7. Managing office administration functions, including scheduling, filing systems, inventory management and vendor coordination.
8. Assisting with performance management processes, including appraisals and development reviews.
9. Providing administrative support to senior management and coordinating meetings and events.
10. Ensuring compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations and company policies.
11. Managing and coordinating visa, work permit and employment pass applications and renewals for foreign workers, particularly employees from China.
12. Liaising with immigration authorities, relevant government agencies and external service providers to ensure timely processing and compliance with foreign worker requirements.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: _

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, administration or similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing sector environment
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and labour regulations
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and a customer service mentality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English (Need report to the chinese leader)
