Senior Retail Executive

General Task & Responsibilities

• Coordinating with inventory, maintenance, and Production Team
• Gathering and evaluating customer feedback
• Actively involved in Marketing Activations, Events, and Pop-Ups
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of Store Operation procedures and policies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Managing retail budget and staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)
• Ability to keep accurate records and oversee the Retail Team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory (Shopify & Shopline is preferred)

Job Descriptions

• Oversees day-to-day store operations, ensuring sales floor staffing and merchandising are effective
• Ensures records of expenditure, sales figures, and staff performance are maintained
• Coordinates Retail Team to provide a leading shopping experience
• Ensures consistent execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards in the assigned area
• Ensures loss prevention procedures are practiced in-store
• Supports the recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Management & Retail Service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of Retail Operations
