General Task & Responsibilities
- Coordinating with inventory, maintenance, and Production Team
- Gathering and evaluating customer feedback
- Actively involved in Marketing Activations, Events, and Pop-Ups
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of Store Operation procedures and policies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Managing retail budget and staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Ability to keep accurate records and oversee the Retail Team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory (Shopify & Shopline is preferred)
Job Descriptions
- Oversees day-to-day store operations, ensuring sales floor staffing and merchandising are effective
- Ensures records of expenditure, sales figures, and staff performance are maintained
- Coordinates Retail Team to provide a leading shopping experience
- Ensures consistent execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards in the assigned area
- Ensures loss prevention procedures are practiced in-store
- Supports the recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Management & Retail Service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Retail Operations
