Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist in coordinating company events, conferences, and workshops.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Job Requirements Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
