We're looking for an experienced and reliable Chargeman (BO 33KV) to join a growing team for a market-leading chemical manufacturer!

the role

• Oversee, maintain, and optimize the entire electrical infrastructure of the plant, including all equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all Energy Commission (SJT) regulations, including chargeman registration and plant facility requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-voltage electrical equipment (VCB, GIS, transformers, rectifiers).
• Analyze, update, and maintain electrical and instrumentation system blueprints, schematics, and drawings for efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company’s standards, responding to emergencies, and implementing 3F workplace safety initiatives.
• Contribute to innovation and efficiency by suggesting and implementing new ideas and solutions, and participating in training and development opportunities. standards.

the experience

• Holds Chargeman certificate (33kV-BO) and necessary legal accreditations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Proven skills in people organization and development.
• Adherence to relevant electricity supply acts and regulations.
• Extensive hands-on experience in electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
