Job Description

We're looking for a vibrant and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team! If you're a go-getter in your 30s to 40s, who's not only passionate about wellness but also eager to make a meaningful impact on people's lives and businesses, we want to hear from you!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Lead with Creativity: Find innovative ways to generate and source leads through online channels and beyond.
2. Solution Selling & Consultation: Engage with clients on their personal wellness journey (B2C), offering tailored transformation programs and nutritional products that align with their goals.
3. Build B2B Partnerships: Show businesses how our wellness solutions can add value, drive customer engagement and boost new revenue streams.
4. Omni-Channel Communication: Handle inquiries across all touchpoints—social media, WhatsApp, calls, and in-person interactions—making every connection count.
5. Drive Digital Success: Empower clients to maximize results with our digital tools, both for personal transformation (B2C) and business growth (B2B).
6. Exceed Targets & Thrive: Hit those monthly and quarterly goals for new clients, conversions, and program sign-ups like a true sales superstar!
7. Monitor, Report & Grow: Track your success, collect valuable client insights, and help shape our future strategies.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, with a passion for connecting with clients and driving results.
• Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing and both B2C and B2B sales strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: A background in the beauty, health, or wellness sector is highly preferred.
• Consultation Skills: Experience in face-to-face and tele-consultations is a bonus!
• Language Proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication in Mandarin and/or English, with additional skills in Bahasa Malaysia as a plus.
• Interpersonal Prowess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record in sales and customer acquisition.
• Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple client relationships and projects smoothly.
