If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business System Analyst**located in **Shah Alam, Selangor.****What a typical day looks like:*** Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing the specification, and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needs* Determine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer’s requirements* Assist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments* Write functional and technical specifications for developers* Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways* Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors* Communicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager.* Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.* Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.* Deployment of Flex standard applications**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Relevant educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science* Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience as an analyst working or deployment in a BaaN5/Infor LN or other ERP environment.* Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
