Provide guidance to team member on handling all kind of documents that flow to Managing Director or Director for approval, such as contracts, operation reports, public announcements, government request and others;
Provide guidance to team member on customers, lenders, investors and government authorities related matters, such as site visit and information request.
Provide guidance to team member on accreditation and maintaining of ISO 9001 and other ISO Standard if any.
Equipped with corporate governance mindset to assist Managing Director on Monitoring departmental operation process and highlight to Managing Director if spotted any improvement opportunity.
Equipped with risk-based thinking to assist Managing Director on developing, monitoring and executing operation risk management.
Conduct investigation, data collection, coordination, audit on department upon request by Managing Director.
Coaches and trains the team member such they are clear of their roles and responsibilities and can perform their duties competently.
Recruit suitable candidates to fill vacancies in the department
Provides support to subordinates in handling various matters, addressing issues encountered.
Formulate plans for execution of operations, assign tasks and duties to team leader and delegates responsibilities among team members.
Holds team leaders and team members accountable for their responsibilities, provides specific and timely feedback, measures the performance of team and individuals.
Develops and implements policies and regulation that are required towards the achievement of the objective of the department, including but not limited to implementing and enforcing document control policies, process and procedures.
Assists with execution of strategies that support the achievement of departmental objectives.
Others duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Job Requirement :-

Candidate must possess at Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in engineering fields.
Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills
Fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requested to deal with mandarin speaking foreign employees.
Applicants must be willing to work in Samalaju, Bintulu.
