Job Responsibility Responsibilities
- Reach and increase dotcom online customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent quality of the picked products and ensuring that the customer receives the order on time.
- Deliver the picked product in good condition
- Picking process is carried out according to the rules and routines to support the drivers and customer service as well
- Pick the ordered products accurate quantitative and qualitative, and storage at the dotcom area
- Knowing and following HACCP rules. Pick by the HACCP rules during shopping: expiry date, packaging and cold chain.
- Knows the scope of the employment related legislation, regulatory requirements, internal policies and the employer's instructions,
- Orders are picked accurate and there are no quantitative differences.
- The products are picked and packed in good condition so that they are not damaged during shipping, to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Ensure to finish the picking on time, to support the drivers to leave the store on time
- The customer always receives the right quality of product / substitution product sent in accordance with the order.
- No waste and the quality of goods are good as expected
- Usage of the packing materials / consumables are correct
