Job Responsibilities
- Execute the meticulous month-end and year-end closure of accounts.
- Conduct general ledger and journal transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiently navigate the ERP environment accounting systems.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and government agencies.
- Demonstrate expertise in Corporate Tax Computation, Tax Estimates, Deferred Tax, Indirect Taxes, and RPGT.
- Responsible for the monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial reports.
- Review and analyze expenses for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure timely completeness and accuracy in the preparation and submission of financial reports in accordance with group policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
- 2-3 years working experience, preferably with audit background.
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Great verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees of all levels throughout the company.
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting practices and Malaysian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics system, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software.
