Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Stickers Express in Johor Bahru. As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and coordinating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
