- ️ 8 hours working per day (*based on schedule)
- ️ 6 Working Days
- ️ 1 Hour meal break time
- ️ Based at Teluk Intan.
- ️ Resident stay at Teluk Intan or nearby is preferred.
- ️ Hardworking with good attitude and discipline.
- ️ Physically fit to work & Healthy.
- ️ Attentive & Service oriented.
- ️ Own transport is required.
- ️ Practice good customer service (e.g. GST - greet, smile and say thank you) to internal and external parties.
𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐘: RM2,000 - RM2,400
𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:- ️ Female candidates are preferred.
- ️ Can work under pressure.
- ️ With supervising management experiences is an advantage.
- ️ Candidate with Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business or Sales Management or any equivalent will be an added advantage.
- ️ Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- ️ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Chinese.
- ️ Report to Managing Director/Management.
- ️ Managing daily operation of the assigned clubhouse.
- ️ Work closely with team members to ensure excellent service is provided to customers.
- ️ Training, scheduling and managing the staff.
- ️ Carry out day-to-day clubhouse operations and supervise all residence houses.
- ️ Assist in events and marketing campaign for the clubhouse.
- ️ Assist in monitoring staff performance, gave constructive feedback and develop areas that need improvement.
- ️ Organize, coordinate and supervise clubhouse works, ensuring timely completion and quality of works.
- ️ Liaise and dealing with customers and residence of the clubhouse.
- ️ Tasks and work progress reporting, coordination of work meeting and resolving work issues.
- ️ Complete tasks in timely manner and can work under pressure.
- ️ To monitor staff on work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to specification and procedure.
