Sales Director – Pumps and Engineered products Based in Malaysia or Singapore, covering the Asia region. Executive level package

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets throughout the region.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple regions
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and executive leadership to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate and close major deals with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Ensure superior customer experience through consultative solution selling.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Identifying and developing new pump and service sales opportunities within the Industrial, Engineering, Utilities and Water sectors, via end-users and distributors.
- Identify & understand market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the business has accurate & timely competitor analysis to optimise sales opportunities.
- Have strong sales leadership skills.
- Must have sales management experience from an engineering/manufacturing company.
- Be results-driven with the ability to work towards competitive sales targets and complete monthly reports.
- Hold a driving licence & demonstrate good driving record.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Have a sound knowledge of IT systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
