Note: The location of this role is in Rawang, Selangor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and expand customer database;
  2. Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers to achieve sales targets and business objectives;
  3. Promote company products;
  4. Sales and collection of payment after payment due;
  5. Maintain continuous business growth and expansion in the assigned area;
  6. Meet with customers regularly and orders follow up;
  7. Work closely with internal departments to deliver quality service;
  8. Consolidating and prepare daily and monthly sales reports, sales forecasts;
  9. Flexibility on after work hours to call customers and for follow up inquiries whenever necessary;
  10. Achieve sales targets and KPI;
  11. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM/ Diploma holder/ Degree with minimum 3 years with sales experience, preferably in handling retail key account/supermarket/ hypermarket/ industry;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and BM, able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin will be an advantage;
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizing skills;
  • Able to interact with stakeholders from all levels; strong initiative with positive work attitude;
  • A strong sense of self-motivation, aggressiveness and responsibility;
  • Result orientation, flexible attitude, able to work under pressure, with team work skills;
  • Possess own transport
