SMT EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

1. Setup new project printer, glue dispenser, placer machine, reflow oven, and stencil design.
2. Establish new project process for printer, glue dispenser, placer reflow oven.
3. Handle new project placer machine programming.
4. Manage machine uptime, machine efficiency, machine utilization.
5. Repair machine, machine calibration.
6. Maintain machines for maximum uptime and best product quality.
7. Responsible for SMT facility uptime and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Electrical.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Related experience in Yamaha placer, programming YSM20R, equipment Engineer in SMT Line.
