Job Responsibility E-commerce Channel Management
- Elevate our brand on major marketplaces by optimizing listings (SEOs), managing promotions, and analyzing performance data to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, conversion rates, customer reviews/ratings, and implement strategies to improve these metrics.
- Spearheading regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends pricing strategies, and promotional and opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns and promotions effectively to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, from stock management to financial reporting, aligning e-commerce strategies with our broader business goals.
- Ensuring quantity of inventory is always accurate and up to date, perform weekly and monthly reconciliation whenever is needed.
- Work closely with Warehouse & Production Team on stock allocation for the website that meets e-commerce Marketing Plan on collection launching, replenishment and promotions. This includes overseeing the Quality Check is carried out accordingly upon stocks received.
- Lead the charge in managing customer interactions including inquiries, complaints, refund/exchange requests, recommendations, and other activities that reflect to the operation of the e-commerce.
- Foster satisfaction, loyalty, and community through exceptional service and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- A passion for the Kiss&Tell brand and a deep understanding of the Malaysian e-commerce landscape.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing marketplace accounts, preferably with a focus on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Zalora in the Malaysia and Singapore market.
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller portals, tools, and analytics dashboards including sponsored product ads, banners, and other marketplace-specific advertising options.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, marketplace support, key account managers, brand principals, and third-party e-commerce enablers.
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving targets.
