Job Summary

  • Lead and deliver quality sales support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries including agents and brokers.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and digitization projects to ensure sustainable EB growth and maintain good service level standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the sales support team (approximately 6 staff) to improve turnaround time (TAT) and service levels.
  • Lead and maintain good collaboration with Allianz EB sales teams to ensure solid operations support and client servicing activities are conducted within TAT.
  • Lead and manage the sales support correspondence platforms with EB intermediaries via email, telephone hotline, and intermediary digital e-submission platforms.
  • Streamline coordination with back-office processing teams i.e., policy management team, credit control team to provide updated status of the policy servicing activities.
  • Support in EB events management, sales campaigns tracking, and deploy resources to support helpdesk activities and promote cross-sell worksite products at clients' offices.
  • Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend actions/processes to improve productivity of the team.
  • Leading the enhancement and automation of EB digital platforms and WSM cross-selling platforms.

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Above 5 years’ experience in EB.
  • Experienced in managing a team in a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
