Job Description:

1. Conveyancing Lawyer:
   Handling Sale and Purchase Agreement (Developer Project and Sub-Sale), attending to Bank Loan Documentation, and liaising comfortably with clients, bankers, developers, and various governmental bodies, along with any other tasks as assigned.
2. Junior Conveyancing Clerk:
   To assist lawyers in handling conveyancing files including sub-sale, project, loan documentation, and any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Conveyancing Lawyer:
   *At least 3 years' experience in the conveyancing field
   *Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
   *Positive attitude, responsible, with good communication and writing skills.
2. Junior Conveyancing Clerk:
   *Minimum 1 year experience
   *Familiar with bank, land office, LHDN requirements, and procedures
   *Hardworking, meticulous, and responsible.
