Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting fund administration operations across multiple jurisdictions, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
• Managing fund administration activities such as investor due diligence, transaction processing, capital calls, fund valuation, fund distribution, and other related activities.
• Maintaining shareholder registers and investor files.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on fundraising, investments, finance, as well as external regulators for fund reporting.
• Coordinating with regulators to ensure strict compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Legal.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Highly organized and deadline-efficient.
• Experience in fund accounting/compliance will be an added advantage.
