- Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end process from employee onboarding to departure including recruitment process and coordinate orientation and training programs.
- Facilitate all employment lifecycle events i.e., contract renewal, internal transfers, probation review, promotion, annual performance management etc. to ensure the process is complete, required files are documented, data are updated in systems.
- Assist in the review, recommendation and implementation of compensation and benefit schemes.
- Update and maintain the Employee Portal and E-Leave system for new hiring.
- Administer staff claims to ensure that the expenses are within their pre-set maximum and according to established policies.
- Monitor training programs, administer HRDC fund, related training forms and maintain training records in compliance with ISO standards.
- Support on HR digitalization initiative in enhancing internal processes, improve task execution efficiency, supporting the company’s ESG objectives.
Position Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
- Solid communication skills with language proficiency in English and Malay and Mandarin fluency is a plus.
