An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring Legal Counsel to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent with more than 8 years working experience.

• Familiar with employment law areas including hiring, discipline, terminations, pay and benefits.

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating documentation transactions, and advising various contracts related to corporate issues.

• Supporting legal and regulatory risks of the Company's business operations in all aspects and safeguarding the company's legitimate business rights to pursue strategic objectives.

• Providing guidelines to the Company to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and rules.

• Highly organized, meticulous and have excellent critical thinking.
