Job Description
- Recruit and Hire : Source and attract the right talent by preparing job descriptions, posting job ads, coordinating interview sessions, and managing the entire hiring process.
- Onboarding : Plan, create, and implement a comprehensive and effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Employee Records : Accurately maintain and organize employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Payroll Management : Process payroll accurately and ensure timely completion to support smooth operations.
- Training & Development : Organize and oversee training and development programs to foster talent growth and upskilling.
- Employee Engagement : Develop and implement creative initiatives and team-building activities to promote staff health, wellness, and engagement.
- Performance Management : Assist in the performance management process, including evaluations and feedback.
- Workplace Culture : Foster a fun, positive, and engaging work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Psychology , or any related field.
- Experience : Proven experience as an HR Officer , HR Administrator , or similar role with 1-3 years of work experience .
- Language & Communication : Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for Growth : A genuine passion for the growth of talent and the company.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws : Understanding of labor laws is a plus.
- Continuous Learning : Passionate about learning , with a positive attitude and an interest in the creative field .
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with technology and HR software is an added advantage.
- Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership & Teamwork : Excellent leadership abilities, strong teamwork skills, and effective interpersonal communication.
- Time Management : Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ethics & Reliability : High ethical standards and dependability.
- Fun & Engaging Personality : An engaging personality, a great sense of humor, and a willingness to have fun!
