What we're looking for

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Intern to join our Strategy & Optimization office. In this role, you will work closely with our Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Managers to enhance service delivery across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and strategy. You will play a key role in supporting the team by leveraging cutting‑edge AI tools and automation to simplify workflows and drive efficiency.

• Identify, evaluate and implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and streamline team operations.



• Assist the CSI Managers with the Continuous Improvement & Governance program by helping to track projects and prepare for review meetings.



• Transform raw data into insights by analyzing processes to uncover areas for improvement and drive greater efficiency.



• Contribute to the Strategy Assessment Framework by collecting and organizing data to support strategic decisions.



• Support the team by creating and updating essential documentation for all key processes and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.



• A strong interest in process improvement, technology, and business strategy.



• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.



• Strong verbal and written communication skills.



• Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).



• A proactive and curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly.

Added Advantages

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) or automation platforms.



• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI.



• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts or the ITIL framework.
