Production Engineer Internship

• Assist production team members in performing daily manufacturing tasks, including assembly, packaging, and quality control
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), working instructions (WI) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Learn to operate and maintain production equipment and machinery under the guidance of experienced operators
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency gains and suggesting process improvements
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Learn about equipment troubleshooting and repair procedures, and assist in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and material handling activities, including the movement of raw materials and finished goods
• Complete assigned projects and tasks within specified deadlines, reporting progress and findings to supervisors

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or diploma program in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly
• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
