• Review and preparation of feasibility study 
• Verify prequalification of contractors for tender packages
• Prepare Contract Works Packages with Project Managers and Consultants 
• Evaluate and review tender submissions
• Review & prepare monthly financial statements
• Evaluate & verify variation works
• Review and prepare monthly progress claims & payments
• Review and verify final account statements
• Review and verify contractual claims
• Prepare and review consultants’ payments
• Preparation of Letter of Acceptance to Consultants and Consultant Agreement (for consultant QS only)
• Preparation of Letter of Acceptance to Contractors

Requirement; 

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Technology.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the building industry, preferably with consultant Q.S. and developer firm.
