Job Responsibility
- Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works, such as, responding to email and phone calls, etc.
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch-delivery orders, and other related documentations
- Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks
- Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks
- Assist to monitor employees' attendance
- Maintain and upkeep proper filing and documentation
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
