Job Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support and guidance to overseas finance teams to deliver effective financial systems, ensuring compliance with local requirements and Group policies.
- Oversee period end activities, including verifying financial data and providing financial analysis to facilitate business decision support, preparing timely and meaningful management information, and conducting performance reviews.
- Responsible for yearly budget and budget analysis to ensure realistic budgets are set within specific timelines.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of management reports, account reconciliations, audits, and tax filings as per the established schedule.
- Monitor overseas company's cash flow to ensure sufficient cash is available to support operational needs and update cash flow projections monthly.
- Collaborate with other departments in HQ and overseas to resolve finance operation issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/CPA).
- At least 4 years of working experience in accounting, familiarity with MLM business and audit is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and standards.
- Experience with computerized accounting systems.
- Able to work independently and meet stringent deadlines.
