about the jobAs a key member of the project management team, you will drive the landscape lifecycle from initial planning through to execution and maintenance for high-profile township developments.
Coordinate the appointment of external consultants and manage authority liaison to secure project clearances.
Oversee site implementation and contract execution to ensure alignment with quality standards and design specifications.
Lead progress meetings and review project status reports to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage landscape installations and design stages while facilitating communication between contractors and the internal team.
Assess project sites regularly to monitor compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
A Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of related working experience with landscape property development/.
Proficiency in design and project management software including Auto CAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong technical knowledge of horticulture, plant species selection, and site arrangement practices.
