Senior Staff Engineer Maintenance

In your new role you will:

1. Operate and service semiconductor part cleaning equipment and mechanical workshop.
2. Ensure systematic troubleshooting methodology and good workmanship for repair and refurbishment jobs.
3. Execute proper maintenance change management via FMEA and PCRB processes to achieve maintenance productivity improvement.
4. Achieve equipment MTTR and M-ratio targets.
5. Lead the team to achieve IFKM productivity targets by improving equipment maintenance costs.
6. Mentor and coach team members on mechanical parts and services.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Willingness to work in Kulim, Kedah.
2. 5 years of experience managing a group of maintenance staff to achieve KPIs.
3. Master's, Degree, or Diploma in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent.
4. Experience in managing semiconductor electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and workshops.
5. Responsibility for all PCK WBG equipment maintenance and sustainability.
6. Source inspection experience for PCK WBG equipment.
7. Experience with SCCESTEF01 and Memert Ove, PCLFBOX16, PCLFBOX17, PCLCBOX18, PCLCBOX19 tool hook-up and related activities.
8. Experience in change management equipment FMEA and PCRB processes.
9. Demonstrated good workmanship quality in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
10. Skills: mentoring, coaching, robot axis calibration, knowledge of servo motors, electronics component troubleshooting, and robot controller troubleshooting.
