Randstad is collaborating with a food manufacturer that specialises in dairy-free, cocoa and coconut products. Their aim is to provide healthier alternatives that benefit consumers as well as the environment.
This is a newly created position as the organisation is expanding, and this role reports to the General Manager. Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to help drive revenue growth, lead the sales team and capture new market opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
- You will be overseeing the entire sales division by leading, managing and providing field sales training to the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales target set.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Creating regular sales reports and reviews for top management and superiors when required
- Possess at least a Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry
