- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
- Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or higher.
- Experience: Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin will be a plus)
