MISSION:
The IWC Client Advisor - Part Time is responsible for delivering stellar client experience for the boutique. You are passionate towards networking and community building, acting as an ambassador of IWC at all times, with client satisfaction being the utmost goal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates engaging and emotional client experiences.
- Offers best-in-class service, both in boutique and virtually, making a clear difference versus competition.
- Collects meaningful client information throughout the client journey and maintains the client database according to IWC’s guidelines.
- Acts as an ambassador in and out of the boutique, conveying passion for the brand.
- Handles general boutique administration and back-of-house operations with care.
- Ensures boutique operations comply with company policy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset – autonomous, result-oriented, and driven, bringing initiatives and taking ownership of goals.
- High emotional intelligence and general education.
- Excellent communicator, passionate about connecting with others and developing strong networks.
- Perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience, with a strong sense of etiquette and human behavior.
- Creative, curious, and versatile.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Background in luxury retail sales and hospitality is a plus.
