Account Executive ( Mandarin Speaker)

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist with inventory, sales, e-commerce, and payment gateway reconciliation when required.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and account schedules.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage staff claims, petty cash, and company expenses.
• Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned by management.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS: _

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting, SST, taxation, payroll, and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Able to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, organised, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
