Job Description
- Create, maintain, and update employees’ status and personal files, matching them with the company’s HR system.
- Prepare job postings for vacancies, schedule interviews, and prepare all recruitment data, such as application rate, job offer rate, job offer acceptance rate, reason for rejecting job offer, and more.
- Execute new employee onboarding, confirmation, and off-boarding.
- Process monthly payroll including payment to statutory bodies.
- Handle employee disciplinary issues from issuing warning letters and show cause letters to execution of counseling sessions.
- Assist in the improvement of the performance management system and educate managers on the execution of effective performance management.
- Understand the company's policies and ensure employee compliance with company policies.
- Improve the company's HR policies and processes over time and ensure compliance with the law.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in general HR functions, including payroll and industrial relations.
- Knowledge and experience in handling payments to statutory bodies including HRDF, EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
- Well-versed in English communication, including writing and speaking.
- Familiar with the latest employment law.
- Good problem-solving skills.
