We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service in Bandar Labuan.
Key tasks:
- Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
- Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan.
- Promote the company’s services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition.
- Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Manage relationships with partners.
- Report on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.

Requirements:
- Sales/Business Development experience.
- Team Management experience: min. 1 year.
- Strong command of the English language.
