_ We are looking for a Business Administration Intern to support our team in restaurant expansion project coordination, renovation follow-up, stakeholder communication, documentation, and daily administrative operations. This role is suitable for students who want hands-on exposure to real business operations, renovation coordination, site follow-ups, and communication with contractors, suppliers, building management, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities:
- Assist in add-value coordination with contractors, suppliers, and building management
- Support communication and follow-ups with stakeholders, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and organise documents, letters, quotations, checklists, reports, and meeting notes
- Track renovation progress, timelines, pending tasks, and required approvals
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions
- Maintain proper filing of project documents, invoices, permits, and correspondence
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to use Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Responsible, organised, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment
- Interest in renovation, property, events, operations, or project coordination is an added advantage
- Internship allowance provided
