Job Description

  • To process supplier invoices & make payments promptly.
  • To perform supplier statements reconciliation.
  • To record and monitor collection from major customers.
  • To prepare journal vouchers for monthly account closing.
  • To prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Responsible for performing any other task as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum LCCI/Accounting qualification (with working experience will be more advantageous).
  • Responsible, good interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
