Job Description
- To process supplier invoices & make payments promptly.
- To perform supplier statements reconciliation.
- To record and monitor collection from major customers.
- To prepare journal vouchers for monthly account closing.
- To prepare monthly financial statements.
- Responsible for performing any other task as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum LCCI/Accounting qualification (with working experience will be more advantageous).
- Responsible, good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
