Job Description

Job Purpose: Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Develop specific targeted leads.
  • Independent in performing all sales and marketing related functions.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Build strong rapport with Consultants, M&E Contractors, End Clients, and others. Able to handle B2B and C2G portfolios.
  • Work closely with Marketing to customize presentations, marketing materials, and specific client or project required documents. Provide feedback on any improvements needed.
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Assist on projects where necessary.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, communicated via emails, memos, letters, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other readable methods.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the field of HVAC/CONTROLS/ELECTRONICS/Building Management System (BMS)/Building Automation System (BAS) or similar industry function/knowledge.
  • Bachelor Degree/Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
  • Able to travel locally and regionally.
  • Able to manage, deal, and socialize with all levels of Clients, e.g., Junior Executive up to Senior Management (up to CEO/MD level) regardless of characteristics.
  • Strong and tactful negotiation skills.
  • Able to do proposal writing, presentations, and calculations.
