Administrative and Accounting Support
- Key in purchase invoices, supplier bills, and maintain accurate financial records._
- Prepare sales reports and assist with basic accounting documentation._
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)._
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record management for business transactions.
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory records accurately._
- Assist in processing online orders, packing, and coordinating deliveries when required._
- Ensure stock records are up-to-date and aligned with physical inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication._
- Support daily office administrative operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management._
- Assist in maintaining operational efficiency across departments._
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field._
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply._
- Experience in administrative, accounting, or bookkeeping roles is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping._
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software._
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities._
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation._
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision._
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and reliable._
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn._
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
