The programme provides aspiring Managers with a unique opportunity to develop in Food & Beverage and to learn from leading hospitality professionals. Local hire only - Malaysians.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management from leading hotel schools
• Minimum 3 to 6 months internship experience in Food & Beverage
• Fluent in English both written and verbal, fluency in other languages is an added advantage
• Commitment to drive standards and a true desire to excel in the field
• Ability to exercise own discretion and make sound decisions
• Pleasant and approachable with good interpersonal skills

We are looking for new fans who are interested and would enjoy being a part of the Mandarin Oriental, Muscat team. Commis will report directly to the Chef De Partie and is responsible for running the assigned kitchen station efficiently and effectively. He/she is to ensure that the agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed.
