Job Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to join our IAM delivery team and support enterprise Identity & Access Management projects across regional and global clients. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ/ISC implementations and is capable of leading technical delivery activities, engaging with clients, and contributing to IAM strategy and solution design.
- Deliver IAM implementations using SailPoint IIQ/ISC across enterprise environments
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide IAM solutions
- Design, configure, and implement IAM capabilities, including:
- Lifecycle Management
- Provisioning
- Access Review
- Workflows
- Roles & RBAC
- Reports & Governance Controls
- Support IAM strategy discussions and technical solution design
- Participate in project planning, documentation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Support security remediation and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to junior consultants
- Support pre-sales and proposal activities when required
- Contribute to internal innovation and capability development initiatives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity consulting
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ/ISC implementation projects
- Experience delivering IAM solutions in enterprise environments
- Good understanding of:
- IGA
- IDM
- RBAC
- JML processes
- PAM
- SSO/MFA
- Experience with IAM integrations such as Okta, CyberArk, SAP, ServiceNow, or Active Directory is a plus
- Familiarity with SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant IAM or security certifications are a plus
