Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve /exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Actively engage with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organisations.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the benefits and features of the company's products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
• Point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in industrial sales roles preferably in the coatings industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Proefficient in English and Chinese language.
