Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons based on the Cambridge IGCSE Syllabus for the respective subject.
• Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
• Developing and implementing lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the holistic development of students.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Keeping up-to-date with subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.
• Participating in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English (for all positions) and Mandarin (for Mandarin teacher position).
