HR Executive (Ipoh, Perak)

To be based in Head Office, Ipoh, Perak.

You will play an important role to:

  • Manage and handle local & foreign workers’ administration matters.
  • Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage worker registration of statutory account (LHDN, EPF & SOCSO)
  • Prepare letter format for Letter of Appointment, Transfer, Resignation & etc.
  • Submission of LHDN for new workers and resigned workers.
  • Assist in workers’ checkroll matter and data updating.
  • Handle worker Service Gratuity and Termination Benefits.
  • Prepare monthly reporting.
  • Filing of Operating Centre files.
  • Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences / Statistics or equivalent from recognised universities.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
