Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
To be based in Head Office, Ipoh, Perak.
You will play an important role to:
- Manage and handle local & foreign workers’ administration matters.
- Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage worker registration of statutory account (LHDN, EPF & SOCSO)
- Prepare letter format for Letter of Appointment, Transfer, Resignation & etc.
- Submission of LHDN for new workers and resigned workers.
- Assist in workers’ checkroll matter and data updating.
- Handle worker Service Gratuity and Termination Benefits.
- Prepare monthly reporting.
- Filing of Operating Centre files.
- Any other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Management / Business/ Human Sciences / Statistics or equivalent from recognised universities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Willing to travel.
- Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.
