Online Sales Admin

Job Responsibility

• Able to close sales through whatsapp, social media messengers and e-commerce platform.
• Consistent follow-up on potential customers and attend to customerâs queries and provide consultation on the usage of products.
• Provide a good after-sales support and maintain good relationships with existing customers to get feedback on product improvements and testimonials.
• Update and manage sales record and customer database on daily basis.
• To work closely with other team members to ensure individual and group monthly sales targets are met.
• Assist/undertaken any other tasks as assigned by management

Note: Continuous training and guidance will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in creating and managing Facebook/Google/Tiktok ads is an added advantage
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork and committed on the task given.
• Friendly and good communication skills.
• Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
• Able to start work immediately and willing to work in Kemuning Utama, Shah Alam.
