Job Description
Responsible for media sales: acquiring new clients, responding to enquiries, maintaining relationships with current clients, identifying new opportunities.
You will suit this position if you can:
- Demonstrate understanding of clients' campaign goals and develop appropriate content strategies to achieve those goals.
- Collaborate to generate innovative and relevant content ideas that align with our brand and fulfill clients' marketing requirements.
- Develop effective relationships and communication channels with both current and prospective clients.
- Prepare content presentations/decks, quotations, and pitch our content ideas and titles to potential clients.
- Promptly and proactively respond to sales enquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure that the requirements of existing clients are being met, gather feedback and propose improvements to our service.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience is required (no fresh graduates please)
- Able to work with a team to increase sales revenue
- Passionate about matching clients' marketing objectives with content ideas
- Motivated to close sales and increase sales numbers
- Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and work with a sense of urgency
- A go-getter who enjoys communicating, asking the right questions, and relaying ideas
- Able to communicate clearly, find out potential clients' needs, and market our content effectively (text, email, call, video conference, or face-to-face)
- Well-informed about Vulcan Post's content, its benefits, and content marketing strategies for potential clients
- Attention to detail and ability to create professional-looking pitch decks for client proposals
- Organized and systematic in managing sales leads follow-ups and enquiries
- Proficient in managing personal schedule and time
- Strong knowledge of sales margins and proficient in calculating figures
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Able to travel to our office in Subang Jaya (this is a hybrid work position, there will be fixed days to work at the office).
