Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and coordinate all human resource spectrum such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, payroll management and employee relations.
  2. Handle and advise management on issues related to staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as manage regulatory compliance and reporting as per the prevalent labor law legislations.
  3. Responsible for employee performance appraisal, proposing KPI & salary benchmarks as needed.
  4. Develop and execute a sustainable talent acquisition strategy.
  5. Deliver highly qualified candidates in a fast-paced technical environment.
  6. Design and implement measures for improving employee retention.
  7. Identify Learning and Development needs for the team and organize relevant training.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Possess a good understanding of HR processes and excellent project and people management skills.
  4. Able to communicate with employees from all levels.
  5. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
