Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all human resource spectrum such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, payroll management and employee relations.
- Handle and advise management on issues related to staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as manage regulatory compliance and reporting as per the prevalent labor law legislations.
- Responsible for employee performance appraisal, proposing KPI & salary benchmarks as needed.
- Develop and execute a sustainable talent acquisition strategy.
- Deliver highly qualified candidates in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Design and implement measures for improving employee retention.
- Identify Learning and Development needs for the team and organize relevant training.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess a good understanding of HR processes and excellent project and people management skills.
- Able to communicate with employees from all levels.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
