Graduate Employee Management (NexGEM Program)

What You Will Do

  • Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate.
  • Conducting research, project and assessment that applicable.
  • Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.
  • Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.
  • Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence & establishing professional relationships with staff.
  • This position will be based for (12-month contract) and rotation within department.


What You Will Need

  • Degree graduate in Engineering, Engineering Technology, IT, Computer Science or Industrial Physics.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
