Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our client organization. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, source candidates through various channels, and manage the hiring process. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while continuously improving our client hiring practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HRBP and hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in HRM, Business Admin, or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.
• Willing to work at Johor Bharu.Â
