Job Responsibility Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of tender documentation, including gathering, organizing, and maintaining files by company standards.
- Review tender documents to understand requirements, timelines, and submission guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for tender submissions.
- Submit tender proposals through online portals or physical delivery channels, following specified procedures.
- Generate reports on tender activities, including success rates, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding tender-related inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the tender process, proposing and implementing enhancements where applicable.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in tender administration.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender administration, procurement, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail) and tender management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze tender documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, tender processes, and contract management principles is desirable.
